Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead the design and development of high-power Hydrogen Rectifiers. This includes complete technical ownership from design to documentation and support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design rectifier systems as per project requirements, including wiring diagrams, BOM, and component selection (thyristors, fuses, busbars, cooling systems, etc.).
Perform technical calculations and prepare documentation: QA plans, test formats, instruction manuals, job orders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Marketing, Production, Purchase, and Consultants.
Conduct site visits for technical surveys, installations, and discussions.
Prepare technical and cost proposals for tenders, RFPs, and inquiries.
Use AutoCAD and ERP systems for design, BOM generation, and job cards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Experience with power electronics design – rectifiers, inverters, drives (100kW and above).
Knowledge of PLC/PC-based controls and SCADA integration.
Hands-on with AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP tools.
Understanding of magnetic component design and cooling systems.
Familiarity with relevant Indian and international standards.
Strong coordination, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
