Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive (Bitumen & Solar Battery)
Location: On-site | Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹57,000 per month (Or as per Experience)
Schedule: Day shift / Rotational shift
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing plans for bitumen and solar battery segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide positioning, pricing, and campaigns.
- Align marketing strategies with sales and business goals.
2. Business Development:
- Identify new B2B opportunities in infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
- Build client relationships and support sales teams with marketing collateral and lead generation.
3. Digital & Offline Marketing:
- Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
- Create brochures, case studies, and manage website content for brand visibility.
4. Event Management:
- Organize trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and client engagement events.
5. Reporting & Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Monitor performance metrics and manage the marketing budget.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 3–4 years in marketing, ideally in bitumen, construction, or solar energy products.
- Skills:
- B2B marketing & lead generation
- Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, CRM)
- Market research & analytics
- Excellent communication & negotiation
- Industry Knowledge: Bitumen (asphalt, emulsions) and solar batteries (Li-ion, lead-acid).
Preferred:
- Experience with government tenders & infrastructure projects.
- Network in construction and renewable energy sectors.
- Understanding of environmental regulations.
