Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive (Bitumen & Solar Battery)

Location: On-site | Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹57,000 per month (Or as per Experience)
Schedule: Day shift / Rotational shift


Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans for bitumen and solar battery segments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide positioning, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales and business goals.

2. Business Development:

  • Identify new B2B opportunities in infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
  • Build client relationships and support sales teams with marketing collateral and lead generation.

3. Digital & Offline Marketing:

  • Manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
  • Create brochures, case studies, and manage website content for brand visibility.

4. Event Management:

  • Organize trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, and client engagement events.

5. Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Monitor performance metrics and manage the marketing budget.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in marketing, ideally in bitumen, construction, or solar energy products.
  • Skills:
    • B2B marketing & lead generation
    • Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, CRM)
    • Market research & analytics
    • Excellent communication & negotiation
  • Industry Knowledge: Bitumen (asphalt, emulsions) and solar batteries (Li-ion, lead-acid).

Preferred:

  • Experience with government tenders & infrastructure projects.
  • Network in construction and renewable energy sectors.
  • Understanding of environmental regulations.
