Job Title: Officer – Human Resources
Location: Satara
CTC Range: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to manage key HR functions including contract labor administration, compliance monitoring, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statutory requirements and hands-on experience in core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Contract Labor operations and ensure adherence to statutory guidelines.
Monitor and verify employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
Handle bill verification related to manpower and HR services.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Support Training & Development initiatives, including organizing sessions and maintaining training records.
Coordinate with contractors, internal departments, and auditors for HR-related matters.
Maintain employee records and documentation for audits and inspections.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Sound understanding of Contract Labor Management Act and other HR-related laws.
Proficiency in handling attendance systems and HRMS tools.
Basic knowledge of payroll components and vendor bill checking.
Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial setup is a plus.
